补充资料：胡萝卜杏酱
原料：胡萝卜500克，杏500克，白糖600克，柠檬酸0.2克，明胶6克，水适量。
制法：
1、将胡萝卜洗净、切碎，杏洗净，切开，取出杏核，然后同入蒸锅蒸约10分钟，待其蒸软后混合捣碎成泥，并加入柠檬酸，搅拌均匀。
2、取锅，加水和胡萝卜杏泥，用旺火煮沸，再放入白糖，改用文火煮沸，煮时需经常搅拌，以免糊锅。
3、明胶放入少许水加热溶化，倒入果酱锅内，继续煮5-7分钟，然后用小匙取少许果酱，倒入平盘内，如不流散，即可离火，盛入容器内，加盖密封存放。
