荸荠黑枣粥
用料：荸荠100克，黑枣12枚，大米100克，红糖50克。
制法：①将荸荠洗净，去皮 ，切成小块；大米淘洗干净，备用。
②锅内加水适量,放入黑枣、大米煮粥,八成熟时,加入荸荠块、红糖,再煮至粥熟即成。
每日1—2次，连服7—10天。
功效：荸荠性寒，味甘，有清热凉血、祛风解毒、补中益气、利湿化痰等功效，可用于治疗高血压、便秘、血尿、百日咳、妇人血崩等症。黑枣有补中益气、养胃健脾、养血安神等功效。红糖有补血、破瘀、缓肝、去寒等功效。
适应症：崩漏。
