做法：
1.鲜豆腐皮，熏鸭脯肉切好装在盘子里，并装饰上青豆或者毛豆。
2.鸡汤内加盐，胡椒粉，葱姜汁，稍许黄酒，调匀后浇在豆腐皮和鸭脯肉上，然后用猛火隔水蒸10钟左右即可。
提醒：
此菜可随意变通，豆腐皮可以换成百页，鸭脯肉可换成火腿片、咸肉或者腊肉。
