Methods: Randomly,75 patients suffering from acute gouty arthritis were divided into two groups including control group(35 cases) received Western Medicine therapy only and experimental group(40 cases) received oral Si miao-wan and wu ling-san(si-wu mixture),jing huang-san mix with vinegar as external application,microwave treatment and so on beside Western Medicine therapy.
对照组采用单纯西药内服治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药四妙丸合五苓散(简称四五合剂)内服、金黄散醋调外敷、局部微波照射等治疗。
