死疫苗
killed vaccine
经培养繁殖的标准生物株，用理化方法将其杀死或灭活后制成的预防制剂。这种疫苗在体内不能繁殖，但仍保留一定的免疫原性。常用的有霍乱、伤寒、副伤寒、流脑、乙脑等，可在低温下保存1～2年或更长，在制备过程中已加入适当的防腐剂可防止疫苗污染，便于运输，但接种量大，次数多，接种后可出现发热、全身或局部反应。其免疫效果较活疫苗差，且不持久。
