Alternative Path of American Teacher Education of the Standard University——An Anatomy on "Project Promise" of Colorado State University

The research results found:on the continued commitment and normative commitments,different educational background and working age employee are significantly different;different working age employee there is a significant difference on emotional commitment.

A customer win-back model including price promotion strategies,customer feeling(price sensitivity,trust and affection),calculative commitment and customer loyalty(true loyalty,latent loyalty,spurious loyalty,non loyalty) were proposed.

This paper discusses the interrelation between calculative commitment and loyalty commitment,and the causality among relationship length,a supplier s attitudinal commitment and a manufacturer s opportunistic behavior.

However, extant studies have neglected which factor may affect and moderate the relationship between suppliers’ calculative commitment and their use of control mechanism.
