The results show that: automatic underwater welding test system can supply a gap of existing local dry underwater welding and can meet the test requirements;the drain results.
试验结果表明:自动水下焊接试验系统弥补了现有局部干法水下焊接的不足,基本上能够满足试验要求;排水罩的密封排水效果理想;局部干法自动水下焊接的焊缝成形良好,质量明显优于湿法水下焊接;在空气中的半自动焊接试验中,保护气体中CO2的含量、焊接电源设置的弧长以及送丝速度等参数对焊接过程均有影响。
