It is thus separated vertically by regional unconformitiesand cut horizontally by large-scale fault zones, the outline, as a result, indicates the strong heterogeneities in the geological structures such aslayering vertically and fracturing horizontally.

According to the interface obstacle and its causes in the process of the high tech industrialization in China and the interface management theory newly arisen abroad,this paper put forward the principle of integration across functions,communication across cultures and self organization coordination on interface management of high tech industrialization.
