| 萘酚 naphthol 萘环上的一个氢原子被羟基取代的化合物。分子式C10H7OH。萘分子中有两种不同的氢，能产生两种同分异构体，即1-萘酚（a萘酚）和2-萘酚（β-萘酚）。1-萘酚为无色晶体；熔点96℃，288℃升华，相对密度1.0989（99／4℃）；有类似苯酚的气味；在光照下变成深棕色；溶于乙醇、乙醚、氯仿、苯和碱水溶液，微溶于水；可水汽蒸馏。2-萘酚为无色晶体；熔点123～124℃，沸点295℃，密度1.28克／厘米3（20℃）。萘酚的化学性质与苯酚相似，也可发生芳环的亲电取代和酚羟基的反应。萘酚与苯酚不同，其羟基可被氨基取代生成萘胺。萘酚能与重氮盐发生偶联反应，这是制偶氮染料的基础。2-萘酚因在a位发生偶联，生成物因分子内的氢键，在氢氧化钠溶液中不溶。 工业中常用不同的萘磺酸与氢氧化钠熔融得到相应的萘酚。萘酚是制取医药、染料、香料、合成橡胶抗氧剂等的原料，也可用作驱虫和杀菌剂。萘酚与局部皮肤接触可引起脱皮，甚至产生永久性色素沉着。  |
