涉外总价合同发包方支付给承包方的费用采用一揽子估价方式，一次总付办法的合同，又称“固定价格合同”。采用这种计价和合同方式时，必须在合同中明确规定工程项目的范围，写明工期；工程价格在合同签订时预先确定，但往往在合同中规定，在工作范围有根本性变动时，合同价格随之调整。
总价合同有四种不同形式：
1.固定总价合同；
2.调值总价合同；
3.固定工程量总价合同；
4.管理费总价合同。
适用于项目确定的工程。
