脉极 脉极 证名。血脉亏损的疾患。又称血极。《备急千金要方·心脏》：“凡脉极者，主心也，心应脉，脉与心合，心有病从脉起。又曰，以夏遇病为脉痹，脉痹不已，复感于邪，内舍于心则食饮不为肌肤，咳脱血色白不泽，其脉空虚，口唇见赤色。”常伴见面无血色，头发脱落，易怒，言语不快，惊跳不定等症。治宜益气养血，用人参散、地黄汤、补荣汤等方。参见脉绝条。
