polycystic ovarian syndrome
可能为常染色体隐性遗传病。由卵巢类固醇生物合成所需的酶系统功能缺陷及下丘脑-垂体系统的调节功能失调所致。可引起儿童青春期发育迟缓或缺乏。成年女性则表现为月经稀少、闭经、多毛、肥胖。血睾酮和雄烯酮增高，雌二醇、雌酮减少。有男性化表现者，尿中17-酮固醇排泄量正常或稍高。B超双侧卵巢呈多囊性增大。治疗予以性激素或卵巢楔形切除术。
