炎性息肉
inflammatory polypus
由于炎症突出于黏膜表面的增生组织团块。其发生和大肠黏膜炎性病变有关，最多见于溃疡性结肠炎，其他如阿米巴痢疾、血吸虫病、肠结核、克罗恩病等。其形成有两种可能：一是溃疡面中央残留黏膜突出；二是溃疡面肉芽组织增生凸起，邻近黏膜覆盖。诊断除根据大肠有炎症病史及息肉形状不规则外，主要是根据病理检查。炎性息肉有无癌变以及如何发生癌变问题，尚难定论。
