【植物形态】
多头风轮菜 平卧草本，高20～40厘米。全株密被柔毛。单叶对生；长椭圆形，长2～3.7厘米，宽1.3～2.5厘米，边缘有锯齿。花数朵成轮，腋生或顶生，粉红色。小坚果。 生于原野山坡、路旁草丛或灌木丛中。分布云南等地。

全年可采。洗净晒干或鲜用。
【性味】
苦，寒。
【功用主治】
清热解毒，利湿活络。
【选方】
①治胆囊炎，黄疸型肝炎：风轮菜三至五钱。水煎服。 ②治蛇咬伤，跌打损伤：鲜风轮菜捣烂，敷患处。 ③治烂脚丫：鲜风轮菜捣烂，放入开水中，待温时洗患处。
