这种弹药是一种在弹膛内装有大量箔条以干扰雷达回波信号的信息化弹药。它在敌方目标上空，从弹体底部抛出箔条块。箔条块释放后裂开。箔条散布成云状并低速降落，对敌方雷达信号产生散射，使其不能正常工作。
