[城镇集体经济组织职工养老金保险]凡城镇集体经济组织都可作为投保人为本单位职工投保的一种养老保险。保险有效期分为退休前的交费期和退休后的领取期。保险责任为:(l)被保险人退休后，保险公司每月给付养老金直至其身故为止;(2)被保险人在保险有效期内死亡，保险公司给付丧葬费。保险费按约定定期交纳，逾期不交的，保险责任即行终止。被保险人退休时交费满10足年以上者，可每月领取规定的养老金;退休时交费不满10足年者，领取一次性退休金。被保险人退休后每月领取的养老金数额或一次性退休金数额由其每月缴费金额和缴费年限确定。
