This paper presents a tentative study on automatic disassembling the end-of-life vehicles,which focuses on the robotic tools to disassemble the screws from the car wheels.
对报废汽车的自动化拆解做一个探索性研究,主要研究了报废汽车拆解过程中轮毂上螺母的自动拆卸所用的机器人工具;设计了标准的工具接头,该接头使机器人能根据不同规格的螺母自动更换拆卸工具,另外工具本身带有扭矩传感器,控制系统根据传感器采集的信号来控制电机的启停,针对螺母锈死的情况设计了过载保护机构。
