面粉90克，鸡蛋三个，葡萄干50克。
调料
白糖70克，色拉油或黄油（抹涂用）少许。
做法
①充分筛析面粉，搁置一边备用；打鸡蛋三个，分别取其蛋清和蛋黄。
②取一较大的容器，搅蛋清至奶油状。
③逐渐加白糖于其中，搅匀。
④将蛋黄分别加入，搅拌至发泡状态。
⑤将筛好的面粉加入其中，与调好的蛋液充分搅混拌匀。
⑥加入葡萄干，搅混拌匀。
⑦取容器，内侧薄抹色拉油或黄油，然后灌入调好的面粉，抹平表面；覆盖一纸巾，高火5分钟，待容器凉后取出，切成薄片。
