进口押金制
进口押金制一种通过支付制度限制进口的措施。又称“进口存款制”。在这种制度下，进口商在进口货物运达以前，必须预先按进口金额的一定比率和规定时间，在指定的银行无息存放一笔现金，方能获准报关进口，存款须经一定时期后才发还给进口商。其作用是政府可从进口商获得一笔无息贷款，进口商则因周转资金减少并损失利息收入而减少进口，从而达到限制进口的目的。但如果进口商能用存款收据作为抵押，从资金市场得到优惠利率贷款，或者外国出口商为保证销路而愿分担存款金额，进口押金制的限制作用就会减弱甚至消失。
