肉碎煎蛋
用料:肉碎100g,鸡蛋3粒,青葱1棵切粒。
做法:肉碎洒些胡椒粉,酱油搅匀,鸡蛋打入碗中和青葱粒一起打散(打至起泡),烧热镬,下半碗油略热,下肉碎炒,炒熟鸡蛋煎,间中如果发觉油不够可以加些油,向周围浇,煎至两面金黄就行了
