| 白榴石 leucite 成分为K[AlSi2O6]的架状硅酸盐矿物。钾可部分被钠、 钙类质同象代替。四方晶系。通常所见晶体呈完整的四角三八面体晶形，是其高温（高于605℃）变体等轴晶系的β-白榴石假象。灰白或灰黄色，晶面无光泽。莫氏硬度5～6，比重2.47～2.50。为标准的高温矿物，一般呈自形的斑晶出现于富钾贫硅的喷出岩及浅成岩中。意大利的维苏威火山和美国的留沙特希尔为白榴石主要产地。大量聚集时可作为提取钾和铝的矿物原料。 |
