A second medical use patent refers to the new medical use for known compounds, although a large number of countries in the world have acknowledged the patent protection for second medical use compounds, a series of questionable problem have aroused after the patent is granted.

The utilization approach and problem existed of waste solid wood were discussed in accordance with the result of the investigation for recycling and utilizing of waste wood in Hebei province.

Aiming at the present status of pollution and shortage of water resources in China,the necessary of rain water utilization in urban and districts in Huludao city was analyzed,the development of rain water reuse and different utilization approaches were introduced,some suggestions for rain water circulating usage were put forward based on the actual situation in Huludao city.

The results indicate that different utilization ways should be adopted in accurdace with the corresponding traits of Grain amaranth, and orientational cultivation techniques should be used.

Several utilization ways of coke-oven gas, such as its usage as fuel, material in the production of chemical product, hydrogen generation and the direct reduced iron, were summarized.
