The insured should inform the insurer of the significant and constant increase of risks in the execution of the insur- ance contract when fulfilling the notification obligation for risk increase.
被保险人在履行危险增加通知义务时,应当将保险合同履行过程中发生的显著、持续增加的危险状况通知给保险人,这种增加是保险人在订立合同时所估计不到的;投保人应当与被保险人同样负有危险增加的通知义务;投保方依据保险单中规定的方式履行通知义务,如果保险条款规定以书面形式履行,保险人应当就此条款在订立合同时向投保方说明;投保方适当履行通知义务,在保险人没有做出选择救济方式之前危险增加的事故发生,应当根据危险增加的原因判定保险人是否承担保险责任。
