白术 Atractylodes macrocephala 菊科植物。又称于术。中医中补气药的一种。其根茎肥大成块状 ,为浙江特产,现福建、江苏等省皆有栽培。通常用种子繁殖。根茎含挥发油约1.5%,油中主要成分为苍术醇和苍术酮等,并含维生素A样物质。中医学以根状茎入药。性温,味甘苦 。归脾、胃经。功能健脾益气、利水化湿、止汗、安胎,主治脾虚泄泻、饮食减退、水肿、痰饮、自汗、胎动不安等症。
