Results Compared with L1-Tg~(liv-) mice, L1-Tg~(liv+) mice showed a 90%decrease in biliary cholesterol,which was associated with 32%,40%and 30%increase in plasma total cholesterol,free cholesterol and cholesterol ester,respectively.
