感觉运动反应加深法(deepening throughutilization of sensory一motor reaetions)施术者对在浅催眠中的受术者暗示,使其手臂上举,手掌触面,并通过这种运动和感觉刺激,反射性地消除受术者自身内部的抵抗,以达到催眠加深目的的方法。操作时,首先向受术者说明,能否进入深催眠的责任不在催眠师,而在于受术者的决心。加深时暗示:“现在注意,你己在催眠中,在我的控制下,假如你愿意进入深催眠,就将你的手和手臂徐徐上举,手会渐渐远离大腿,与肩平行,再弯曲肘部,然后再用手抚摸自己的脸。”当受术者己执行暗示性指令时,就进一步暗示:“你做得很好,很正确,说明你是愿意进入深催眠的。实际上,当你手触到脸时,你己进入了梦样深催眠状态,已进入深催眠了。”这样做,可以克服受术者无意识的抵抗,排除诱入深催眠的干扰,使浅催眠顺利地转入深催眠状态。 (马维样撰李鸣果审)
