In this paper, two kinds of time synchronization technology including network time protocol (NTP) and direct connect are compared and analyzed, and then an accurate scheme of time synchronization on Windows 2000 is brought forward, and a software and hardware implement method for the scheme is given, and the scheme has been applied to distributed attitude reference system successfully.
