快速自旋回波序列


  磁共振成像术语。多回波自旋回波序列的改良方式。发射90°射频脉冲后,连续发射多个180°脉冲,形成多个自旋回波的成像序列。多回波SE序列中,90°脉冲发射后的每个回波产生各自的图像,最终形成多幅不同加权的图像。传统的SE序列中,一组回波产生的信号组合形成单个图像,每个TR获得一个特定的相位编码数据;FSE序列中每个TR期间内获得几个彼此独立的相位编码数据,所以形成一幅图像可使用较少的脉冲激励及较少的TR周期,从而减少扫描时间。FSE序列扫描时间可表示为:T=TR· Ny ·N/m TR为重复时间,Ny为相位编码行数,N为采集次数,m为回波链长。
