基本材料
茉莉花30朵，银耳15克，清汤1500毫升，味精、精盐、料酒各适量。
制法
将银耳洗净，再用温开水浸泡，待涨发后用开水氽一次待用；把茉莉花择去老蒂，用清水洗净待用。将锅清洗干净，放入清汤，下料酒、食盐、味精，用火烧沸后，撇去浮沫，汤盛入碗中，银耳用开水氽透，放入汤碗中，再将茉莉花撒在碗中即成。
功效
润肺止咳，生津养阴，益气补肾，健脑防衰。
用法
喝汤食银耳。
应用
适于阴津亏损，记忆力减退的老人服用。
