Objective To demonstrate that the congenital sensorineural hearing loss of offspring guinea pigs is mainly caused by special antibodies against inner ear tissue antigens through placenta.
目的:探讨并证实孕豚鼠针对内耳组织抗原特异性抗体是否可以通过胎盘进而造成其子鼠自身免疫性先天性感音神经性聋。

congential deafness
先天性听觉障碍可由于中耳的声音传导或内耳的神经感受装置发育异常，多数先天性耳聋是由遗传因素引起的。常与聋哑症联系在一起，其原因可有：膜迷路或骨迷路发育异常；听骨或骨膜畸形；或有残留的间充质结缔组织填充于听骨和骨膜之间，中耳鼓室和外耳道闭锁(外耳道栓细胞未吸收）。另外，孕妇感染治疗可引起Corti螺旋器发育异常；孕妇患甲状腺肿、糖尿病等均可引起先天性耳聋。
