Research on Transformational Leadership and Its Relationship with Leadership Effectiveness in Non-State Enterprises of China;

Some opportune performance measurement indices of project manager in construction has been identified in this paper, and in-depth study of leadership effectiveness through two basic dimensionality-concern for people and concern for task-is carried out.

The present study tests construct validity of the theory of transformational leadership and explores the relation of perceived transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness.

The purpose of this empirical study was to compare Chinese non-managerialemployees attitudes toward effective leadership in foreign-owned enterprises(labeled as FOEs) and state-owned enterprises (labeled as SOEs) located inmainland China, and reveal the effects of cultural forces on these attitudes.

This paper presents that ways to arise leaders efficiency are to choose the proper leading modes,to maintain and improve personal influence, and to keep themselves in an active and creative state.
