In a power plant,a 125 MW tangential firing boiler had the problems of unstable combustion,incapability of peak load regulation,lower hot air temperature and larger steam temperature difference between the two sides of reheater.

对于低挥发分的无烟煤,由于其着火温度较高,最主要的问题在于如何能使无烟煤快速的着火和稳定的燃烧,焦作电厂#2炉为670t/h四角燃烧无烟煤锅炉,在运行中存在着低负荷稳燃能力差、结渣严重等问题,针对以上问题,对锅炉进行了改造,使用哈尔滨工业大学的水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器替代原有燃烧器,改造后没有出现过结渣问题,最低不投油负荷达到50%ECR。
