解肌 治疗学术语。即解除肌表之邪。是对外感证初起有汗的治法。出《伤寒论·辨太阳病脉证并治》。《伤寒来苏集》：“解肌者，解肌肉之汗也。”《温病条辨》：“伤寒非汗不解，最喜发汗；伤风亦非汗不解，最忌发汗，只宜解肌，此麻桂之异其治，即异其法也。温病亦喜汗解，最忌发汗，只许辛凉解肌，辛温又不可用。”故临床上应针对病症的寒热而采用辛温解肌法或辛凉解肌法。辛温解肌如桂枝汤，辛凉解肌如柴葛解肌汤。
