Juling】l叩angshl zuantou聚晶金刚石钻头(polyerystalline diamond bit) 以聚晶金刚石或聚晶金刚石复合片作为切削刃具的钻头。它是20世纪80年代出现的新型钻头。由于聚晶金刚石的耐磨性比硬质合金高一到两个数量级,比天然金刚石的耐磨性还要高,扩大了切削破碎的使用范围,在石油钻井、地质勘探的岩芯钻中得到推广应用,有着十分广阔的前景. 聚晶金刚石是用微米级金刚石粉和硅等加催化剂在高温高压下聚结而成,通常做成2.smm大小的立方体或边长4mm厚2.smm的等边三角形。其耐热上限可达1200℃,有较高的韧性和极高的耐磨性,可作为切削破碎岩石的刃尖, 聚晶金刚石复合片,是在厚3~smm的钨钻硬质合金薄片的基底表面烧结一层厚度为0.5~lmm的聚晶金刚石,这种结构增强了聚晶金刚石的抗冲击能力,又便于焊接,常用的聚晶金刚石复合片可直接焊接在切削面上.复合片直径在12mm以下.
