Continuous Tone Controlled Squelch System(CTCSS) is a technology which transmit sub-audio fequency siginal with audio frequency siginal to squelch or multi-use the same fequency channel and it is widely usede in various wireless communication facility.

This article is listed on the basis of setting forth the campus sound environment current situation,and further analyzed the question and the situation which the campus sound environment construction faces,and proposed the improvement construction method of the environment noise control and the sound environment construction.
