| 间苯二酚 resorcinol 苯分子中两个间位的氢原子被两个羟基取代的化合物 ，分子式1，3-  。又称雷琐酚。无色针状晶体 。味涩有点甜。熔点111℃，沸点178℃（16毫米汞柱），相对密度1.2717。溶于水、乙醇、乙醚。在苯二酚中，只有间苯二酚与二元酸相似，不被汞盐氧化，而是生成汞盐，与氢氧化钠、氨水等也生成盐。间苯二酚与乙酸酐反应生成酯，与羟胺作用生成二肟 ；与氯代环己烷反应生成1-环己基-2 ，4-二羟基苯；在氯化锌作用下，与邻苯二甲酸酐发生缩合反应，生成荧光染料荧光黄。 最早发现的间苯二酚是用氢氧化钾与不同的树脂共熔得到的。工业上由间苯二磺酸与氢氧化钠熔融制备。间苯二酚在医疗中用作消毒剂、局部抗痒剂、肠道杀菌剂。在硫酸存在下与甲酸、草酸、酒石酸作用，可发生很灵敏的颜色反应，即使很小量的酒石酸也能鉴别出来。 |
