| 气象导航 weather routing 按天气和海洋情况，为海上航行船舶选择航线的技术。航线优选时还要考虑船舶技术状况，以及保证按选定航线航行的安全等其他保障措施。用此种方法确定的航线称为气象航线，是推荐航线的一种。气象导航的特点要充分考虑风、浪、流、涌，使航行时间短，航运效益最佳。 气象导航主要依据是从大量天气和海况的多年资料归纳出海洋大型天气形势的重要型式与特殊型式，而实际出现的天气形势都可以在主要型式和特殊型式中找到与其类同的一种，找到各种型式中的最有利航线；还要依据船舶运动性能曲线图，即航速与波高关系曲线进行导航。影响船舶运动速度的主要因素有风、浪、流、涌、雾等。气象导航程序是先根据中、长期天气和海况预报图，以及海洋大型天气型式的主要型式和特殊型式，确定一条基础航线 。然后再根据中、短期预报，在基础航线两侧一定范围内选择最有利的航线。气象导航由气象导航机构实施，由他把最佳航线和风浪预报图推荐给船舶，整个航行过程中在该机构指导下航行。船舶驾驶人员也可根据无线电传真接受的天气和海况预报图，结合本船性能图，自行拟定气象航线。 |
