To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture plus nasal herbal stuff in the treatment of vascular headache,71 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 40 subjects were treated with acupuncture plus nasal herbal stuff and control group in which 31 subjects were treated with routine western medicines.
为观察针刺加中药塞鼻疗法治疗血管性头痛的疗效 ,将 71例患者随机分为针刺加塞鼻组 4 0例和西药对照组 31例 ,并观察两组治疗前后临床症状的变化。

| 鼻饲 nasal feeding 通过经鼻腔插入胃内的导管输送流食、匀浆饮食或口服药的一种治疗方法。多用于长期昏迷或吞咽困难的病人。禁忌症为：①门静脉高压合并食管静脉曲张或有出血史者；②食管经强酸强碱灼伤未愈者；③严重心脏病、心功能不全者。插好胃管并用胶布固定后，先用注射器抽取胃液，再注入少量温开水 ，观察胃管是否通畅 ，然后再缓缓注入已加温至40℃左右的鼻饲流食， 每次200～300毫升，4～6小时一次。鼻饲后向胃管注入少量温开水，清洁胃管，再将其末端反折，用纱布包好扎紧 。胃管保留时间为 7 ～ 10天，应按时更换，以免鼻咽部受压磨损，或胃管受胃酸浸泡变质及污染等。 |
