Objective:To evaluate a new operation produre for the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids;not only obliterating symptom disposably,but also protecting the integrality and furthest of anal canal epithelium and padding, Treitz s Muscle,and retaining nomal functions of anus.
本研究顺应外科微创化发展潮流，发挥祖国医学“系痔法”的优势，根据现代医学肛垫下移学说等痔病因学新理论，结合近年来混合痔治疗的新进展，在保证疗效的前提下，以最大限度的保留肛门生理功能，减少并发症及后遗症，缩短疗程为目标，设计了治疗环状混合痔的高位系痔肛管上皮保留术新术式。
