In this paper,a sort of voltage regulating method in being consist of self-coupling transformer and T-MOSFET is designed.
采用以自耦变压器和T-MOSTET管相结合的调压方式,在稳压器的输入端电压取样,输出端电流取样,自耦变压器的多抽头次级绕组两两串联后接入主电路,并由起开关作用的功率器件—T-MOSFET管完成调整电压与电网电压的叠加,从而实现了负载端的稳压和线路压降损耗补偿。
