For petal-shaped fin tube oil-cooler with helical baffle s, as the oil pressure drop in shell side is 90 kPa , the overall heat transfer coefficient of oil_cooler is 3200 W/(m2·K), which is 15% higher than that of low fin tube oil-cooler with helical baffles, and is 5 times as large as that of smooth tube oil-cooler with segmental baffles, so it is an efficient oil-cooler.
对于螺旋隔板花瓣管润滑油冷却器, 当壳程油侧压降为90 kPa时, 其总传热系数可达3200 W/(m2·K), 比螺旋隔板低肋管油冷却器高15%以上, 为普通弓形隔板光滑管油冷却器的5倍左右, 因而它是目前国内外传热效能最高的水冷壳管式油冷却器。
