According to history consumption features and source of maintenance spare parts,historical consumption data were corrected by use of simple moving average method.

Simultaneously, it has brought the problems of inventory management for the maintenance spare parts.

The maintenance spare parts of nautical equipment are classified according to the types of life distribution including exponential distribution,normal distribution and Weibull distribution,and then three models to calculate the demands for the three types of spare parts are established respectively under the condition of satisfying spare availability.

This paper considers how to raise the capacity of the new equipment repair of the navy enterprises for equipment guarantee,concludes the experience of some enterprises on“the third line”of “three insistences,three introductions and four constructions”;with those ideas,talent resources will be developed and fostered.
