[Results]Sputum smear testing sites distributed in 24 central hospitals and 18 general hospitals,one which covered the most population(67 970) was at Hetian township Changting county,one covered the least population(7 891) at Hongshan township Yongding county,and the site at Zh.
[目的]在乡(镇)设置痰涂片检查点,为疑似肺结核病人及肺结核病人提供就近、方便的治疗、及早地发现传染性结核病人,扩大寻找传染源范围,使更多结核病人及时发现,并得到就诊。

痰结 痰结 病证名。 ①指梅核气。《金匮要略》以半夏厚朴汤主治“妇人咽中如有炙脔”则为早期之文献载述。多因火邪灼津、燥痰粘结于咽所致。《明医杂著·痰饮》：“喉中有物，咯不出，咽不下，此痰结也。”治宜散结化痰，除上述半夏厚朴汤外，亦可用加味甘桔汤合清化丸治疗。参见梅核气条。 ②指胸膈或胁下之痰结。《万病回春·痰饮》：“胸膈有痰不化，元气虚弱，津液干燥，咯难得出，喘嗽身热，痛难转移者，是痰结也。……胁下有痰，作寒热咳嗽，气急作痛者，亦痰结也。”用栝楼枳实汤，或用节斋化痰丸加减。参见痰证条。
