拇长伸肌腱自发性断裂
spontaneous rupture of extensor pollicis longus muscle tendon
又称“鼓手麻痹”。指拇长伸肌腱在轻微外力作用下发生断裂。拇长伸肌腱是绕过桡骨远端背侧的Lister结节后，才进入手背到拇指去。一旦该结节附近的解剖学异常，如桡骨远端骨折后，均有可能因骨面不平滑，对肌腱有磨损作用，终于发生断裂。有时类风湿病亦有类似情况。治疗不宜缝合断裂的拇长伸肌，而改用示指固有伸肌移位术，常可取得良好效果。
