脚气冲心
脚气冲心 病证名。脚气危证之一。脚气病见心悸、气喘、呕吐诸症，甚则神志恍惚，言语错乱者。见《外台秘要》卷十八。又称脚气攻心。湿脚气攻心者，由湿毒上攻而伤阳，急宜温阳散寒，逐湿泄毒，用吴茱萸汤合《千金》半夏汤加减；干脚气攻心者，由湿火壅盛，毒气上攻，治宜宣壅逐湿，凉血清火，用吴茱萸汤合牛黄清心丸、或犀角散加减。参见脚气条。本病证见于脚气性心脏病。
