用料:
红苹果3个,生鱼1条(重约380克),猪0 300克。
做法:
1、苹果洗净,切开4件,去心。
2、猪0放入滚水中煮5分钟,取起洗净。
3、生钱宰后洗净,抹干水。
4、烧热平底镬或中式镬,下油1汤匙搪匀镬,放下生鱼慢火煎至微黄色盛起。
5、水8杯或适量放入锅内煮滚,把苹果、生鱼、猪0放入锅内煮滚,慢火煮3小时,下盐调味。
注:此汤对鼻敏感有食疗功效。
