骨肉瘤
osteosarcoma
骨组织的恶性肿瘤。较常见。本病的3/4发生于10～25岁，最小年龄为5岁，男性较女性高两倍。肿瘤好发于长管状骨的干骺端，偶见于骨干，最多见于股骨的下端和胫骨上端，其次为股骨和肱骨上端，很少见于腓骨、骨盆和椎骨。肿瘤部位的疼痛是本病突出的症状，因肿瘤侵蚀和溶解骨皮质所致。最初疼痛为间断性，几周后发展为持续性，下肢肿瘤可有避痛性跛行。瘤体增大，造成关节活动受限和废用性肌萎缩。全身症状为发热、不适、体重化、贫血以致衰竭，个别病例肿瘤增长很快，早期就发生肺转移瘤，致全身症状恶化。治疗骨肉瘤应行根治手术。
