攻击性(aggression)亦称，’侵犯性”。指一种根深蒂固的和持续不变的行为类型。其特征主要表现为情绪不稳定，受微小刺激就会突然暴发非常强烈的愤怒和冲动，且自己难以控制，可出现争吵或暴烈的攻击行为。“性如烈火，一触即发”，犹如《水浒传》中所描写的鲁智深。这种突然出现的情绪和行为变化与平时不一样，在间歇期却是正常的。对发作时所作所为，事后感到懊悔但不能防止再发。往往认识与行为脱节，不能从失败中吸取教训。在病理心理学范畴内，攻击行为常由于幻觉妄想、病理性激情和惊恐反应所致，多见于精神分裂症、躁狂症、癫痈、脑外伤、精神发育迟缓等。 (江开达撰徐俊觅审)
