This paper research upon communication angle, through literature summarize and field survey, exploring the relation pattern of the form, structure and architecture in Southwest of Hubei traditional settlements in the media transmission time, and the effects that different communication factors made to the form and evolvement of the traditional settlements.

Drawing on firsthand material of the eight countries\' language spread policies and laws,especially the recent trend in their language spread work,this paper indicates that related policies and laws include both flexible aspects,like specialized reports and aid projects to other nations,and rigid aspects,like legislations and regulations.
