Studied was the light intensity correlation time T varying with colored noises for a gain-noise model of a single-mode laser driven by colored pump noise and colored quantum noises with colored cross-correlation under a bias signal modulation,using the linear approximation method.
采用线性化近似方法研究了偏置信号调制下色噪声驱动的单模激光增益模型的光强关联时间随色噪声强度变化的规律,发现当两噪声间关联程度λ<0时,光强关联时间T随噪声强度D和Q的变化曲线中都出现极小值(即出现抑制);当λ≥0时,光强关联时间T随D的增加而单调增加,随Q的增加而单调减小。
